Which football club?

You've won £20m or so on the lottery and you're going to buy a football club to run, so realistically its got to be non league or 3rd Division who would you buy and why. Who would you choose as manager, obviously Ancelotti is not going to manage a small club?
I'd buy Plymouth, 250,000 population and a big catchment area. As for Manager Paolo or Devonshire for his non league experience

I'd easily turn them into a championship club. Although the ffp rules may restrict me at first as they currently make very little money from very few attendees.

A great deal of Plymouth's catchment area isn't "football" territory, it's more rugby.

I too would buy Plymouth Argyle......and then burn the shithole to the ground.....and also hang draw a quarter ex Plymouth managers Pulis, Holloway, Sturrock and Colin Wanker.
